Web Services - Order Status

 

When to Use

Use Order Status to view the status of recent purchase orders returned through Web Services.

Before You Begin

  • Go to Inventory > Purchase Orders
  • Use Find, find filter button.png, filters to pull up recent activity before requesting status. 

Steps

  2. On the Web Services pop-up, select a supplier from the dropdown and click Request Status.2020-03-05_9-32-08.jpg
  3. Review the results (the last 15 orders will display).2020-03-05_9-33-37.jpg
  4. Click Request PO Status Details button to open the detail view.2020-03-05_9-35-17.jpg

What You'll See in the Results

  • The PO Status screen shows the last 15 orders, but this number can be adjusted.
  • In the detail screen, the Status Description field may show values such as Allocated, Released, Shipped, Invoiced, etc.

Troubleshooting

  • Not seeing the PO you expected: adjust your Find filters to ensure you're viewing the right recent activity, then run Request Status again.
  • Only some orders appear: Web Services displays the last 15 orders. Use the number field above the results to change how many results are shown.
