Web Services - Related Items

When to Use

Use Related Items to see products the supplier considers associated with the item you're working with, most commonly things like installation accessories, trims, and moldings (when the supplier supports it).

Before you Begin

• Related Items are only available for Item Products.
• Your supplier must participate in Web Services

Steps

1. Click the Web Services, . 
2. In the Web Services menu, select Related Items.
3. Review the returned list of related products.

What You'll See in the Results

A list of items that complement the SKU (such as trims, grout, glues, and similar associated products).

Troubleshooting

• No results returned: The typically means the supplier did not return any related items for the SKU you submitted.
• Option is unavailable or returns nothing: Confirm you are working with an Item Product.
