Advanced Monitoring and Maintenance Options

These options support E-Commerce monitoring, defining how inbound orders are handled and enabling B2B Distribution for outbound transactions.

Description: Enables RFMS B2B Distribution so your company can send electronic catalogs, POs, and invoices to customers.

Description: Sets the default status that inbound electronic order lines receive when imported via B2B Distribution.

• GenPO

Monitor for Stalled Purchase Orders (850)

Type: Can be Global, Assigned or User

Description:

Turns on monitoring for outbound electronic purchase orders (EDI 850). When enabled, RFMS checks for POs that have not been sent within the configured interval and displays a warning. Monitoring only runs while the Products module is open.

Options:

• Yes — Enables stalled 850 monitoring and makes Check for Stalled 850 Documents Every (mins) available.
• No — Disables stalled 850 monitoring.

Check for Stalled 850 Documents Every (mins)

Location: B2B Distribution
Category: Configuration
Type: Can be Global, Assigned or User

Description:
Sets how often RFMS checks for stalled outbound 850 documents when Monitor for Stalled Purchase Orders (850) is enabled. This option is only available when monitoring is turned on.

Options:

• 5 — Default check interval (minutes).
• Any whole number — Increase to check less often; decrease to check more often.
