Add New Colors to Existing Products

Description: Automatically adds new color entries to existing product styles when suppliers add additional color SKUs.

Allow Do Not Import List for Deleted Records from Catalog

Location: >Utilities>System Options>E-commerce>Product Catalog

Type: Can be Global, Assigned or User

Description: When this option is set to Yes, users can create a Do Not Import list of products they no longer wish to import from a specific vendor. Enables creation of a Do-Not-Import list so deleted or rejected supplier products will not reappear in future downloads.

  • If the option is Yes, the Tagged Delete, Cataloged Delete, and Cancel buttons are available when using the Delete Tagged Products function.
  • If the option is No, only the Delete action is available, and products are removed without being added to the Do Not Import list.

  • Tagged Delete: Deletes all tagged products but does not add them to the Do Not Import list.
  • Cataloged Delete: Deletes all tagged products and adds them to the Do Not Import list. These products will not appear again in the EC Download screen until they are removed from the Do Not Import list.
  • Cancel: Cancels the delete action.

Apply Cost Following a Catalog Import

Location: >Utilities>System Options>E-commerce>Product Catalog

Type: Must be Global redlock.gif

Description: Set this option to Yes to automatically apply cost updates instead of requiring manually tagging and importing products. Previously exiting the system was required before the costs were applied. When enabled, cost updates are applied immediately after import instead of waiting for a separate process.

Copy Buy Quantity to Sell Quantity

Location: >Utilities>System Options>E-commerce>Product Catalog

Description: Sets the Sell Qty equal to the Buy Qty automatically for newly imported item products.

Delete ecommerce entry type records with no colors

Location: >Utilities>System Options>E-commerce>Product Catalog

Description: Removes blank catalog entries that contain no color data to reduce clutter in download files.

Disable the Color Cost Break Out from the RFMSEC Product Import

Location: >Utilities>System Options>E-commerce>Product Catalog

Description: This is not recommended as it could cause records not to have accurate cost. Turns off color-level cost separation so all colors in a style share a single cost record.

Set this option to Yes eliminates color level pricing. (This results in method 1 of Color Level Cost)

Do Not Import New Inactive Records and Delete the Records from EC Download

Location: >Utilities>System Options>E-commerce>Product Catalog

Description: This system option prevents records being created for inactive or deleted products which had never been added to the products file initially. Prevents inactive or obsolete supplier products from being added to your RFMS Product file and deletes them from the download list.

Set this option to Yes to prevent records being created for inactive products which had never been added to your products file in the first place.

Enable Associated Product Import During a Product Download

Description: Set this option to Yes to enable the associated product information supplied by some vendors to be included. Imports accessory or associated products provided by suppliers (e.g., adhesives, trims) along with the primary product.

Match e-commerce to gateway records during import

Location: >Utilities>System Options>E-commerce>Product Catalog

Description: Matches identical SKUs between E-Commerce and Gateway data sources so duplicate products are not created.

Merge Header-only Products and Products with Cost Information

Description: Merges header-only records with full color-level records when both include valid cost data, preventing duplicate styles.

Sent in error handling
